Live performances took place at all three branches
For the first annual celebration Crestwood, Will Library and Riverfront - were the backbone of Make Music Yonkers. 10 performances, targeted at all ages were presented and enjoyed by Yonkers residents. Performances included:

Grammy-nominated GROOVE Collective
Not only was there great music all day but there were give aways of harmonicas and other percussion instruments.
In addition to library-sponsored events, several others took place as part of Make Music Yonkers including a “porch concert” for a trumpet trio and local band The Patroons performed at Taquerio on the waterfront.
